As a native New Yorker and now, after 18 years, a native Florentine, Jennifer Schwartz is an onsite Italy correspondent for the How to Tour Italy radio show. As a graduate of NYU in Hotel and Restaurant management she decided to take her lifelong restaurant industry experience to Italy where she owns Pom613. She is also dedicated to the Kokoro Project (Listen to her segment on this amazing network of female Italian chefs), is dedicated to regional Italian cuisine through her enogastronomic association, is a licensed Truffle hunter along with her Truffle-Hunting dog Big, and is the President of the Italian PetSharing association. She also runs tours for food lovers throughout Italy and is ready to make your visit to Italy amazing at every delicious turn. |
